We encourage continuous learning and offer financial support for tuition through our Employee Development Assistance Program. This includes covering up to 50% of tuition per year, and paying up to $5,000 in tuition subsidies for job-related courses per year.

Energy Source is our in-house and self-directed online learning tool that supports, tracks, and facilitates the growth and development of our team members. Once we receive your application, our dedicated Talent Acquisition (TA) team will review your skillset, compare it to the criteria listed in our job postings, and then discuss this with our hiring managers. Throughout the process, we strive to provide the best possible recruitment experience for everyone involved.
When you meet the criteria and are shortlisted for one of our positions, you’ll be contacted by our TA team for an initial phone screen or be sent an e-mail with additional questions. This is your time to learn more about the role and ensure it aligns with what you are looking for in your next career opportunity. If you aren’t selected, you’ll hear from the team as well.
If expectations on both sides align, an interview will follow which could be in-person, virtual or comprise of a test or assessment. Our team will always be transparent about what steps your recruitment process include and advise you on logistics like dress code, location, and what to expect. During the interview process, our team will keep you informed of your progress. The process of assessing each candidate’s ability to succeed in the job may take several weeks, but when a decision is made, all candidates will hear from us.
