Reporting to the Commercial Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing data management and analytical support to Emera Energy’s Commercial Team. This role will speak to a detail-oriented professional who places a high value on data integrity, has a knack for process improvement and enjoys working on multiple tasks concurrently.</p><h1 style=\"margin: 0.25in 0in 4pt; line-height: 115%; break-after: avoid; font-size: 20pt; font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif; color: #0f4761; font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">As a Commercial Services Analyst, you will:</span></h1><ul style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0px;\"><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Enter, maintain, and manage natural gas transportation and pipeline tariff data in EE’s Enterprise Risk Management System (ETRM) and Microsoft BI Platform.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Forecast, reconcile and troubleshoot monthly pipeline transportation invoices for payment and financial modelling.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Review and interpret Asset Management Agreements (AMAs) with EE Legal and Origination Teams; configure transactions in ETRM based on key terms; monitor for billing discrepancies and changes to cost structure.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Provide customer service and support to Natural Gas Trading & Scheduling, Origination, Finance and Analytics teams through the creation and distribution of daily balancing reports, monthly and seasonal structured Trade and Transportation materials and variable/fixed cost change alerts.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Collaborate within the business to design, document and implement process improvement initiatives which drive efficiencies for EE and its team members.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Ensure internal controls over data recording for which you are responsible to support, perform, or review are executed in accordance with the Company’s SOX program.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Act as liaison between EE and Emera Inc.
